Email FAQ
How do I know which program to use?
The E-mail program you use is based on personal preference.
For some users, our webmail (https://mail.iscg.net) is powerful enough. For others, they need the plug-ins and power of Outlook. Most operating systems have an E-mail program built in
XP, ME, 2000, 98 Vista Windows 7,8,10 Mac OS X
Outlook Express Windows Mail Windows Live Mail Mac Mail
What is the difference between POP and IMAP?
POP uses a one-way communication path. Your device or E-mail program will download the messages from our mail server to your computer. IMAP uses a two-way communication path. If you have multiple devices or computers you would like to view your E-mail on, IMAP is the option that you want to select. IMAP is a ‘live’ view of your E-mail messages on our mail server. This requires a constant connection to the internet unlike POP.
Why can’t I send E-mail using Outlook?
Make sure the ‘my outgoing server requires authentication’ option is enabled. Depending on your E-mail client, this option is located in the E-mail accounts, under your E-mail account. Select the ‘More Settings’ button, then the Outgoing Server tab.

Make sure the name you are imputing into the username field is your complete E-mail address.
